Agent roles and the published upline
A profile separates the agent’s own contact from the available support levels above them.
Start with the agent’s identity
Master and Super agents are identified by role and public ID. Published Sub Admin and Admin names may also appear. A matching ID in a different role is a different directory entry.
Follow the recorded hierarchy
The Upline section follows the management hierarchy. It links to each available parent profile and shows current contact actions. An unavailable level stays labeled unavailable; it is never replaced with an inferred person. Global Admin contacts are listed separately.
Check site affiliations
A badge means the current published record is associated with that site. It does not mean that every contact on that site is included in this Baajiwala directory. Click a badge for active website and help links.
